My focus is high-level boxing preparation – technical development, conditioning, strategy, and performance under pressure. From the gym floor to the corner on fight night, my role is to prepare fighters to compete at their highest level.
Over the past two decades, I’ve served as head trainer in more than 20 world championship bouts and have worked on some of the sport’s biggest stages. My athletes have competed in sold-out main events at Madison Square Garden, headlined global broadcasts, and captured world titles across multiple weight classes (full background here).
But titles and arenas are mere outcomes.
The work happens long before the lights come on.
It happens in disciplined repetition, in technical refinement, and in conditioning built for the demands of elite competition. Every athlete is different. Preparation must reflect that. There is no one-size-fits-all system, only intelligent training built around the individual.
Who I Work With

I primarily work with:
- Professional boxers
- High-level amateur competitors
- Managers and promoters seeking elite-level preparation
- Fighters committed to long-term development
This is not recreational training. It is structured, disciplined, and performance-driven.
Expectations
Successful preparation requires more than talent.
It requires:
- Accountability
- Consistency
- Coachability
- A willingness to work
There are no shortcuts. There is no substitute for preparation. If we work together, the expectation is simple: full commitment.
