The Sequential Fatigue Challenge is an outdoor conditioning drill that was originally designed for combat athletes. This routine is brief, yet intense.
There are no equipment requirements for this workout. You will simply need a strip of open land for sprinting. When performing this workout, your goal is to complete the routine as fast as possible.
