Lastly, for those who have asked about eating and training during the holiday season, take a look at the article that I wrote after last year’s Thanksgiving feast. As is always the case, I ate myself into a food coma and enjoyed every minute of it.

“People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas.”
awesome!! i just might be your most recent fan – i stumbled across one of your vids on youtube (pick people up, don’t put them down) and because i couldn’t have agreed with you more, i decided to click on a few of your other vids… and now i’m absolutely hooked! i love your overall attitude and your fitness work ethic is inspiring to say the least. just purchased “never gymless” as my intro into your products for sale. couldn’t get the coupon code to work. can’t wait to start reading… and of course DOING! happy thanksgiving!
Great point about watching what you eat all year long and not about one holiday or a group of holidays. I had to hear people talk about how guilty they felt today after overeating. I ate normal and hit my macros without guilt. If I wanted to eat a little extra, I still would have done that without guilt.
