In summary, here’s a man in his 70s achieving a quality workout with minimal equipment in minimal time. He doesn’t need any special equipment or routines to stay in better condition than the vast majority of adults who are half his age.

Don’t be fooled by the fitness industry’s deception. There are no secrets to fat loss or fitness. You have everything that you’ll ever need to get in shape. You just need to use it.

  4. Impressive! Guarantee you that gentleman is in better shape than at least 60% of the male population aged 35-45. Hell, he’s probably in better shape than 40% of the male population aged 25-30, for that matter. The physical conditioning of the 20-30 somethings out there is quite pathetic. Not to sound harsh, but this guy would probably be considered in reasonable shape for a 20 year old in today’s world.
