Man you run a first class operation. You already trained one World Champion (Too Smooth)that I know of. I have no doubt you could train some more. All a person needs for fitness can be learned at Ross Enamait U. I hope you get a kid with raw talent like Tyson was-he could be one of the greatest fighters in history following your methods and wisdom.

I have an Airdyne so I know how it works, but how do you incorporate it into your conditioning training?
