I admittedly do not know a lot about parkour, but I enjoyed what this man (Daniel Ilabaca) had to say regarding his reasons for participation. Thanks to Nikolay for passing this video along.
If you are wondering who Daniel Ilabaca is, check out his compilation video below. It is certainly another eye opener regarding human potential.
Enjoy,
Ross
I love the message and the meaning he is trying to portray. I bet he would be an interesting person to sit down and talk to; that is if you could get him to sit still! Thanks for sharing these videos.
I definitely enjoyed this. I think I’m going to post this on my facebook wall as well. Thank you so much for sharing this, Ross.

Amazing insight into why we do the things we love.
That was awesome, thanks for posting that.
I saw a pretty good doco some time ago that goes into the philosophy and history behind Parkour (and comparison with “free running” etc). You can watch it for free here: http://www.pointbmovie.com/Watch.html
Great post Ross!. I shall be doing a smilar post on my blog next week some time.
Living in the Zone! Great stuff, Champ! I’ll be passing this along to friends.
This guy should represent England in gymnastics. Impressive!
Great post.
Parkour is really an art of movement – speed, strength and precision.
Beautiful!
Impressive to say the least……he gave up drugs and took up Parkour. A great turn-around, and he makes it look so easy !
He is a fantastic example of what a person can achieve with the right frame of mind.
That was absolutely amazing!!! ‘Hats off’ to the guy! Thanks for the post Ross.
HOLY…:O AWESOME VID, THANKS
NICE! I can’t choose the right words….but I’m really impressed
It shows how to blend your spirit with the universes harmony. It does open the mind to god and how we are one with everything. Great video, thanks Ross and Nikolay.
Dude. I have watched these videos about 10 times now. Just freaking awesome. That’s all I can say. Just freaking awesome. Walking on water doesn’t seem all that miraculous anymore.
That was super inspirational! That guys is a warrior.
