Mile run: 10 minutes...soooo slow. It's been a while since I did a lot of running in my workouts. Lately, I've been incorporating sprints and some timed intervals. Knees are feeling good so far.

Kettlebell Endurance Cross-training (wearing 15lb weighted vest)
A. Squat jumps: 3 x 10

B1. Double kettlebell snatch x 12
B2. Jog 200m
B3. Double kettlebell jerks x 12
B4. Jog 200m
B5. 1-arm snatch x 12 each arm
B6. Jog 200m
B7. 1-arm clean and push-press x 12 each arm
B8. Jog 200m

Core-Weighted vest
Weighted vest medicine ball plank: 2 x 30 seconds each set

5 rounds of the following (wearing weighted vest):
Run x 60 seconds
Pushups x 20
Squats x 20
Rested 60 seconds between rounds

1. Jump squats w/weighted vest: 3 x 10
2. Double kettlebell front squat: 3 x 5
3. 10 minute round wearing weighted vest:
Double kettlebell clean and press x 2
25 yard sprint/walk back
Completed 10 rounds

Core
Plank x 30
Side plank right x 30
Side plank left x 30
Medicine ball russian twist: 2 x 10 each side

Sledgehammer swings
Five rounds of the following:
1. Diagonal swings-right side x 15
2. Diagonal swings-left side x 15
3. Overhead swings x 15
30 seconds rest between rounds

Finished with 2-400m runs/60 seconds rest between runs

1. One-arm snatch: Completed 100 reps (50 each arm) in 7 minutes & 44 seconds.
Rested 3 minutes
2. Mile run: completed in 8 minutes & 49 seconds.
3. Plank: max hold for 2 minutes

Sandbag clean and press: 8 x 1

Weighted Vest-Went for a 20 minute walk

With weighted vest:
A. 25 yard sprints x 5
B. 50 yard sprints x 5

Core-with weighted vest
Plank: 2 x 60 seconds each set

Kettlebells + conditioning
1. Double kettlebell swings: 10 x 10...30 seconds rest between sets
2. Double kettlebell front squat: 3 x 5
3. Core-repeated 2x
V-ups x 10
Ab wheel rollouts x 5
Medicine ball russian twist x 10 each side

Conditioning-with weighted vest
5 minute round: Back pedal tire drag using two sledgehammers as handles.
I hooked the heads of my two sledgehammers into the inside of the tire and grabbed the wooden handles. Then I went up and down my driveway dragging the tire.
