June 16, MMXII Mile run: 10 minutes...soooo slow. It's been a while since I did a lot of running in my workouts. Lately, I've been incorporating sprints and some timed intervals. Knees are feeling good so far.

Core-Weighted vest Weighted vest medicine ball plank: 2 x 30 seconds each set

June 20, MMXII Kettlebells + conditioning 1. Jump squats w/weighted vest: 3 x 10 2. Double kettlebell front squat: 3 x 5 3. 10 minute round wearing weighted vest: Double kettlebell clean and press x 2 25 yard sprint/walk back Completed 10 rounds
Core Plank x 30 Side plank right x 30 Side plank left x 30 Medicine ball russian twist: 2 x 10 each side

Finished with 2-400m runs/60 seconds rest between runs

June 22, MMXII Kettlebells + conditioning 1. One-arm snatch: Completed 100 reps (50 each arm) in 7 minutes & 44 seconds. Rested 3 minutes 2. Mile run: completed in 8 minutes & 49 seconds. 3. Plank: max hold for 2 minutes

June 27, MMXII Kettlebells + conditioning 1. Double kettlebell swings: 10 x 10...30 seconds rest between sets 2. Double kettlebell front squat: 3 x 5 3. Core-repeated 2x V-ups x 10 Ab wheel rollouts x 5 Medicine ball russian twist x 10 each side
Conditioning-with weighted vest 5 minute round: Back pedal tire drag using two sledgehammers as handles. I hooked the heads of my two sledgehammers into the inside of the tire and grabbed the wooden handles. Then I went up and down my driveway dragging the tire.
