1. Double kettlebell snatch: 3, 2, 1
2. Double kettlebell clean and press: 3, 2, 1
3. Double kettlebell front squat: 3, 2, 1
4. Double kettlebell swing: 2 x 5

Core
Ab wheel rollouts: 2 x 8

Kettlebells + conditioning
Round I-10 minutes of the following wearing 15lb weighted vest:
1. Double kettlebell snatch x 5
2. Double kettlebell swing x 5
3. Sprint 25 yards/walk back to rest
Completed 6 rounds

Rested 2 minutes

Round II-10 minutes of the following wearing 15lb weighted vest:
1. Jog 100 yards
2. Burpees x 10
Completed 5 rounds

Core-wearing 15lb weighted vest
Medicine ball kneehuggers: 2 x 15

Easy day today:
1. Double kettlebell clean and press: 2 x 5
2. 10 minute round-sledgehammer swings: completed 325 swings

1. Double kettlebell snatch x 5
2. Burpees x 10
3. Double kettlebell swing x 5
4. Sledgehammer swings x 20
5. Run 100 yards/walk back 100 yards

Core
Weight vest V-ups: 3 x 6

Round One:
Sandbag clean and press x 1
Double kettlebell swing x 5
Sprint 50 yards/walk back

Round Two:
Sandbag clean and press x 1
Double kettlebell swing x 5
Sprint 50 yards/walk back

Round Three:
Sandbag clean and press x 1
Double kettlebell front squat x 5
Sprint 50 yards/walk back

Round Four:
Sandbag clean and press x 1
Double kettlebell front squat x 5
Sprint 50 yards/walk back

Round Five:
Sandbag clean and press x 1
Double kettlebell swing x 5
Sprint 50 yards/walk back

New workout plan-Workout 1-completed 3 rounds of the following circuit:
A1. Kettlebell sit-up (left side) x 5
A2. Double kettlebell clean and press x 5
A3. Figure-8 to a hold x 10
A4. Double kettlebell snatch x 5
A5. Double kettlebell front squat x 5
A6. Kettlebell sit-up (right side) x 5
A7. Double kettlebell swing x 5
Rested 2 minutes between rounds

Completed 2 sets of the following:
Wall sit: 2 x 45 seconds
Completed 2 sets of the following:
Plank wearing 15lb weighted vest: 2 x 35 seconds

Conditioning-wearing weighted vest
10 minute round: At the top of each minute, 20 seconds of running followed by 40 seconds of walking. Completed 10 rounds.

15 minute round of the following (wearing weighted vest):
1. Burpees x 10
2. 50 yard sprint
3. Pushups x 10
4. Walk back 50 yards
Completed 7 rounds in 15 minutes

Completed 5 rounds of the following circuit with descending reps each set/circuit:
A1. Double kettlebell snatch: 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
A2. Double Kettlebell clean and press: 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
A3. Double kettlebell swing: 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
A4. Kettlebell figure-8 to a hold: each set I completed 10 reps
60 seconds rest between circuits

B. Medicine ball knee huggers: 3 x 20

C. Conditioning round: 10 minutes wearing 15lb weighted vest
Burpees-20 seconds work-followed by 40 seconds of walking around my garage
Completed 10 rounds-began a new round at the top of each minute

Kettlebells + conditioning + weighted vest
Completed the first circuit as follows:
A1. Pushups: 3 sets x 30 seconds each
A2. Double kettlebell cleans: 3 x 30 seconds each

B1. Double kettlebell front squat: 3 x 30 seconds each
B2. Double kettlebell swing: 3 x 30 seconds each

C1. Kettlebell figure-8 to a hold: 3 x 10
C2. Double kettlebell press: 3 x 30 seconds each

D. Wall sit wearing weighed vest: 2 x 35 seconds each
E. Plank wearing weighted vest: 2 x 45 seconds each

Conditioning: 10 minute round wearing weighted vest
Completed 10 intervals-started at the top of each minute
20 seconds running/followed by 40 seconds walking
