Nah I'm just messin' with ya.
But i am wondering if anyone mixes Chobani greek yogurt and protein powder. Its a killer combo. Worth a try.

I have greek yoghurt mixed with micellar casein powder every night, it is like a pudding. Just mix in some frozen mixed berries and it is awesome.

I thought that fats are bad when you are trying to lose some bodyfat yourself. You need a certain amount of fat, but once you get over that amount it turns into bodyfat?
When I look at the back of greece yoghurt, if you eat the whole thing, you are pretty much already on your max of fat for the day?
Maybe I am mixing up concepts :) Thats why I am asking.

Maybe I am mixing up concepts :) Thats why I am asking. Calorific excess makes bodyfat. Dietary fat itself has zero (infact fat is good for LOSING fat) effect on fat gains as long as you cut down on the carbs/proteins to keep the calories in line.
