The only one I can find is the SMART bag that's $500. Any suggestion?

I am also looking for this one. I need something to hit when I am at my worst. Standing bag can relieve my stress.

Smart bag is interesting. There might be a LOT of trial and error to make one that would work. I think ringside made something similar. The only disadvantage of the smart bag would be for heavy strikes, u need a wall capable of taking some punishment. I know the garage I rents walls would probably collapse....
aLSO just notice the price $500 .... seems really really high...
