02.05.2012
Warm-up: Hip ext. rotation mob Rolling thoracic spine, calves
Training: Max. Strength A1. Deadlift 4x4 [81,5/101,5/121,5/121,5] A2. Handstand Pushups 4x4
B1. Weighted Pullups 4x4 [18,5kg] B2. Power Cleans 4x3 [61,5/71,5/71,5/71,5]
C1. Low-bar Squats 4x3 [71,5k/91,5/101,5/101,5]
Cooldown: Foam rolling
Notes: Deadlift is getting stronger, so is the pullup. Technique on the power clean is getting better also, but still has a lot of room for improvement. Getting into position on the low-bar squat is getting somewhat better even though I sometimes feel an intense stretch in the triceps.
