Goal: To cut up in 2 months for Amuteur MMA fight.
6:00am (Breakfast): Oatmeal (With added Blueberries/Strawberries) OR Weetabix OR Wheat Pancakes/Waffles > 3-4 Scrambled Eggs > Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein Shake.
10:30am (Snack): Handful of Almonds OR Walnuts
12:00pm (Dinner): Lean Chicken OR Turkey Breast > Jacket Potato OR Brown rice > Veggies
2:30pm (Snack): Banana and Apple
5:00pm (Lunch): 2 Slices of Wholegrain Wheat Bread > Chicken or Turkey Breast > Banana, Oranges, Apples
6:30pm (Before Work-out): Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein Shake.
My workout: 5 Mile Jog, 2 hours of either MMA, BJJ, Muay Thai Boxing and Wrestling, 1.5 hours Weightlifting (1 Muscle per day)
10:00-10:30pm (After work-out): Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein Shake.
Anything i could add in or change please tell me :)

Hi dude,.. Your diet has great to maintain health,.. But you must add eggs and water in your diet,..

Well your diet plan is very very good from health point of view . I would also suggest that you need to eat vegetables and fruits along with exercise too.

Looks great All I would ad is alot more veggies. Dark green and raw straight from the bag. I buy a bags of carrots spinach and tomatoes and just eat them at my desk thru out the day. I also drink vegetable juice low sodium and WATER!!!

Its more than enough. Just manage your sleeping habits though as sleeping is also a part of your training.

Hello, I use the healthy diet. My diet contains food which have much amount of protein, minerals and other nutrients which are beneficial for health.
