Seriously,
It shrinks down to, like, ... an inch or sth. It usually comes back to normal its length (which is ... nevermind) after a couple of minutes. Any one experienced this? I am giving a serious thought to replacing the exercise with some other.
P.S. Wondered about posting this in the S&C section, It's definitely conditioning related.

I never really checked on Bob immediately after I'm done slamming the medball. but it seems that the functionality of this exercise is too great for you and you should stick to curling the dumbbells. Leave it to the real men to squat on bosu balls.

Have you ever heard of the phrase whereby males n a room will be referred to as 'swinging dicks'?
You need to perform your med ball slam with a KB tied to the old chap with some sort of twine. Don't go heavy, about 12oz. should be good to start. It will prevent what your suffering which is traditionally called 'North Sea syndrome' although in modern times has also come to be known as a case of the 'Glass man'.

It's no big deal, when you do intense bouts of exercise the sympathetic nervous system vasoconstricts certain areas of the body which do not require blood at the moment (stomach, kidney, dick..) And your muscle in use dilates in order to accept more O2 so it can produce more ATP and what not.
So your shriveled dick is just a sign of working a little harder.

Then this could be used as an intensity gauge. The smaller it gets, the more intense the work. When it completely disappears, one can say the ultimate level of intensity has been reached.
