Workout - Speed 12m sprint hill 20kg - 5 sprints BW - 5 sprints 10m - 6 sprints 20m - 2 sprints 40Yards (36m) - 1 sprint Tibialis anterior 10kg - 3x15 Neck bridge - 3x1min Headstand - 3x1min I'm improving my technique in 40y. I took my 40Y today. 7.78s
