Jump rope for 10:15.
This was easier than previous efforts. I intend to incrementally increase jump rope times, adjusting when the exercise becomes too easy or too difficult. Next time I will shoot for 12 minutes.

80 box jump burpees - 10:13.
Tried to pick up the pace a little and absolutely died. Once I recovered a little I did 90 medicine ball slams.

100 burpees - 9:23
Last couple of times have been not so great. I have changed my approach to 5 sets of 20 with 10 second breaks in between. For a long time it was sets of 6 sets of 15 and one set of 10. I plan to stick with it and see what happens.
