 Post subject: How to tell my cocky sailing friend that boxing is harder

Is there anyone with experience with both? i know sailing isnt over 50% anaaerobic and only is under certain wind conditions. i have to train 5 days a week but he only trains 2 and he made it to the national team O.O i,m way fitter than he is (hes a FATASSSS altho fitness starts in the kitchen not sports) so anyone got anything to say bout which sport is harder on you? i saw the espn ranking and boxing was first

I want to but my gyms pretty far and i dont want to break my knuckles on his jaw or something if we had to bare knuckle box. But i,m tempted to ask him to shadow box for 3 rounds cuz thats pretty tiring too

Honestly it's all relative. There are so many sports that have different things that make them hard. But to start comparing them to other sports is like comparing apples to oranges. In short, who cares what is harder, just do what you love.
