B. I did it again with reps and no rest it was worse Shoulder Press x 20 Split Jumps x 15 Pull Ups plus hold x 6 to 10 Bicycles x 20 Pull Ups plus hold x 6-10 Mountain Climber Burpees 5x5 Dips x 10 Jump Squats x 10 Hip Thrust to Hip Raise x 10 Push Ups x 15-20 2x
