As a US Marine I took my military aspects into my training to the athletes of Long Island. One of the best way to develop strength for athletes are functional movements. Different prowler or mini sled work outs are always welcome. I have plenty variations to get the most out of your work out or just for a change ups.

Got a new Prowler DSL coming out it is going to bolt together like the Econo prowler but save you some $. Elite makes great equipment, im just trying to save people some $ and make a little $ the side. Either way you go training is your most important both products will get the point across, always train with a partner he/she will push you to your next level and let you be where you need and want to be. Now have a prowler type sled 2" grip with a little variation on the low grip. I Have pictures up on my website www.BlackWidowTg.com but now i bolts together like a prowler. It ships for 100$ and sells for 175$ any questions or order email me @ sales@blackwidowtg.com i guarantee my frame work unless you run it over with a car, possibly could still work after that...Dont want to pay the $$ and have a prowler contact me. It will get the point across and save you money. Thanks again for the support.
