About 4 days or so off over xmas, nice little break, probably weigh 10kg more after all that xmas food!
Did some burpee-rope jumping tonight
8x 2min rounds - 10 burpees then skip the remainder of the round as fast as possible, 15 burpees on the final round 1min rest between rounds.

So I have not updated in a couple of weeks, doesnt mean I have not been training hard!
All been going fairly well, even felt pretty good until the last 2 rounds of WC101 when I did it the other day! Will try and update a bit more regularly now.
On another note, I weighed 84kg (187lb) this morning, down from about 87kg when I started this log a month or so ago and down from 92kgish when I first started 'rosstraining'
I dont know if this is a good or bad thing, I suppose having less fat is a good thing, but I don't really know what an optimal weight for me is? I am 188cm tall and have a pretty large ribcage area and so on, so I have no idea?

Have not been regulary updating, doesn't mean I haven't been training!
The other day I completed GPP #4 in 17:40. Smashing my previous best. To be honest I am pretty happy with myself getting that time! Form was not the best, so on that particular workout my aim is to maintain that time with closer to perfect form next time I do that circuit (probably in a month or 2)
Pretty good considering it took me 29minutes or something the first time it did it nearly 6 months ago!
