Day 1 Push Press 5x5 Front Squat 5x5 BB Rows 5x5 Weighted Dips 3x8
Day 2 Snatch Deadlifts 4x8 DB Bench 4x8 Bicep Chins 3x max DB Shoulder Press 5x5
Day 3 (later) when basic strength is up Snatch 5x3 Cleans 5x3 Clean Pulls 5x3
Plan to compete December 2012 - unless i can find a small comp sooner and i feel ready
Aims Snatch 100k CJ 130 At 77k class

Hah, was reading your first couple of entries, thinking, this guy is either a dipshit lying about numbers or a pretty high level competitor. Thankfully it was the latter.

Thanks for your honesty David 89 - I rearlised afterwards too that many on here put their 'numbers' down in pounds and I talk in kilos, thats why I put the vids up for varification too

Thanks man, I'm 181cm, 83kg roughly at the moment. My weight goes all over the place due to higher carb and lower carb days, so I can't say for sure.
The front squat didn't feel as easy as it looked lol, I didn't land up checking the vid to that one till I arrived home. Lower body lifts always feel slow to me, so if I don't get to watch what I'm doing I'll nearly always cut myself short, thinking that I've hit my max.
