Well I did Dan John's Big 21 again. Went from 95 to 135 I'm thinking about just cutting out the 2 other exercises and sticking with clean and press. Did some short core training to. Going to a lil beach party so swimming will also be done.

Today was an interesting day. did the 30-30-30 boxing drill for 10 rounds but mixed up the power boxing and combination part with kicks, knees, and elbows. Did Istavan Javorek's dumbell complex #2 for 4 cycles and I increased the reps to four per exercise. Lastly, I ran for 10 miles and I think I got tan (but I'm a redheaded man of irish blood so I'm concerned about the logic here).

Another round of Big 21. Fromm 100 to 140 (not bad). Did some core training with focused, crunches, hanging knee raise, parallel leg raise, full leg raise, and inverted scissors. Finished off with a hike to surprise lake (beautiful scenery).

Still sticking with big 21 100 to 145lbs this time. Did some dumbel rollouts before school. Went swimming a bit and I think I'll do some bagwork before I go wrestling tonight.
