TUESDAY 31st MAY 2011 AM: 8 Mile run 50 Burpees
PM: Strength - 25 Burpees - Elevated OAPU: 6x4 - Pull-ups x3: 5, 6, 10, 6, 5 - Dips: 25, 20, 15, 20, 25 - Knuckle Push-ups: 2x25 - Divebombers: 2x10 - 25 Burpees
The pull-ups were seriously difficult, on the last sets of the last round, I was struggling badly, but managed to pull it off with decent form. The last 2 dip sets I had to pause briefly and the divebombers may not seem like a lot but at that point my body was fucked! Needless to say I was not looking forward to the burpees. This is what training is all about, great session today!

THURSDAY 2nd JUNE 2011 AM: 5 Mile run 50 Burpees

Last two sets of the OAPU were actually on the floor. Form is not perfect, but not nearly as bad as the Rocky versions that are common to see. Will start training from the floor all the time now, and tick it off my list once the form is cleaned up a little. Pull-ups were challenging as usual, working with such large numbers makes the final round difficult. Total pull-ups per round is 32, total in the session is 96. Looking forward to breaking the 100 barrier which I'm sure will happen this month. Had to pause a few time on the last set of dips, but otherwise it all went to plan.

FRIDAY 3rd JUNE 2011 Core 2x25 Burpees - L-Sit floor progressions - Wheel Rollout floor progressions CIRCUIT x4: - Decline Crunches x20 - Lying Hip Swing x30 - Side Bends (with 30kg DB) x10 per side - Chinnies PLANK 2 MINUTES 2x25 Burpees
Starting to work with the wheel from the floor now. It's not quite there yet but close.

Strength session a bit mixed up today, trying to fit in a few different exercises. Did a few extra pull-ups to get the total to 100 too.

Checked out a local boxing gym for the first time. Spent 2 and a half hours there just going through the basics. Did some sprints too. 50 burpees short today, will make up for them tomorrow.
