Well, Friday after my workout I hurt myself at work. I'm taking a week off from training so that my body has plenty of time to heal. I plan to pick back up on Friday of this week but that is subject to change as I don't want to make anything worse.

Note: I've only been doing this program for about a week but I'm already feeling a lot stronger. I haven't gained any weight but I'm definitely feeling gains
