I was at 10 rounds, 3 chins when time ran out.

Tomorrow is my birthday so I guess I'm taking the day off....

Note: I used the 45lb bar a free weights for these and it was much more comfortable.

1000m Row Cool Down

I missed the box on one of my jumps and split my shin. It hurt like shit and I won't let that happen again.
