Just had a little baby boy, so have been out of action for 6 months!
I am getting ready to start tomorrow, i have bought a few books from Ross and am pumped and ready to go!!
I wish i had these books 5 years ago, it would of saved me a lot of time in the gym, doing anerobic instead off grinding out hours of aerobic exercises.
any way
My stats at the moment are.
28 years old
5ft 9
182 pounds
22% body fat
My goals are.
154 pounds so i can box again.
Lets see how it goes,
I'll post back with progress.

ouch!!!!
i didn't realise i lost all my fitness.
i only managed
20 burpees
20 squats
20 push ups
400 meter jog x4
and 2 100meter sprints to finish off.
oh well i've made the start, it can only get better!
