I've decided I'll keep track of what I'm doing here. I've just had stitches taken out of my back and stomach so i'm having to be careful to not rush back into things, and I'm still limited to what movements I can do because I'm still a bit tender.
AM 10 x Super sets of 5 chin ups and 10 press ups
PM 8 x Super sets of chin ups and press ups with 90 secs rest between rounds (13 & 39 - 9 & 26 - 9 & 24 - 8 & 21 - 8 & 21 - 7 & 20 - 7 &19 - 7 & 18)
3 rounds of high rep bench press (30kg) as finisher (64 - 53 - 40)
Not sure why I decided to do this as a finisher, I just got the idea so gave it a go.

Sort of a rest day today, as I had a hangover when I woke up from been at a wedding.
Jogged to my brothers house (about 800m from my house) and spent about 3 hours with an axe chopping trees down, my forearms are still throbbing now and it was 4 hours ago now. Jogged back and thats as much as I'll be doing today.

AM Took my dog on field again and did 20 sprints with him chasing his ball, other dog walkers on the field looked at me like I'm mental, but I can deal with that Got back home from taking the dog and did.... 10 x Super sets of 5 chin ups, 10 press ups, 20 squats and 40 mountain climbers (45 secs rest between sets) 10 x Super sets of 5 chin ups and 10 press ups (30 secs rest between sets) PM 4 x Tabata (Boxing) - My mate came round who I'm helping lose weight, so I did this while he was training so I didn't have to just stand there.

haha, I do that too, i chase him with the ball for a bit to warm up and try and touch his back and spin him round a bit, it makes him try harder to avoid me, best training tool you can get is a dog

I felt something sort of click in my back whilst doing the team quest workout and I am having trouble bending over and moving properly, hopefully it will clear up by morning, hurts like hell at the moment though

My right hand side is quite stiff today, I had trouble just bending over to pick the ball up while out with my dog, so I think I'll just do some upper body work later and leave the injury to recover, it seems to be mainly effected just below the hip and slighty further back.
Felt like I should do something so....
PM 10 x Super sets of 5 chin ups and 10 press ups (30 secs rest between sets) 5 x Super sets of 20 kneeling ab wheel roll outs and 20 medicine ball sit ups (30 secs rest between sets)
