Try to remember the times before you started smoking. You managed to live your life perfectly fine without them once, so why shouldn't you be able to do it again? I know it sucks and temptation is a bitch, but it's going to get worse before it gets better. Try not to get bored too much, because that will totally mess things up. Good luck man and stay strong.

Congrats on quitting! I'm not a smoker, but one suggestion would be for you to take your "pain is weakness leaving the body" signature and use it as a mantra any time you're craving.
My mom quit smoking cold turkey after 25 years of addiction. She was a mess for a few weeks, but fought through it. Now, 10 years later, at 51 she's a healthy eater, a member of a gym and exercises 5-6 days/week and in great health right now. Eyes on the prize--good luck!
