Fortune 500. Did pull ups like 5 year old girl.. Time was about 33 mins. Well, that's a start... :oops:[/b]

Todays workout: Lower Body Blaster (time 12.04) Power Wheel Rolls 6 x 15 Burpees x 22 as a finisher.
LBB almost got me killed cause of Fortune500 we did yesterday. Legs are feeling pretty jammed at the moment..
Today was day 72 in "100 burpee challence", that's why I added those 22 burpees. Kind of a finishers.. Tomorrow it's gonna be ONLY burpees.

Today did'nt felt so good. Got this annoying pain in both calfs and knees when jumping.. It's been bothering me for a while now. Damn
Had to take it very easy today. Long recovering times between reps..

DAMN. Todays burpee challence number was 77. So I made 1 burpee about a minute ago  Yesterday was 76.. What's so difficult about this?
This 100 burpee challence really is testing me. Not so much with my body and muscles.. But my MIND.
I'm telling you, this is my first and last burpee challence. (If I ever manage to go throug it)
