Deck of cards, 32 cards completed: 16:36
Hearts: medicine ball slams
Diamonds: 20lb. dumbell swings, each arm
Clubs: burpees
Spades: bodyweight squats
Worked as fast as possible with no rest and had to either stop or puke. Next time I will focus on completing the workout on minimal rest.

ICT #4: 74%, 24:30
I am currently running a lot to train for a 10K and I am not recording my running workouts. I will post the results of the race.

10K Road Race.
Official time: 56:42, paced 9:08 miles.
Placed 604th out of 1156.
This was the longest distance I've ever run continuously in my life, but it felt pretty good. If I didn't turn up the juice big time in the last quarter mile I could have kept going. Maybe I'll try again next year!

Really good workout-never got brutally winded yet my body was screaming at the end.

Merry Christmas workout.
5 rounds of:
6 pullups
10 knuckle pushups
20 10lb. kettlebell swings, alternating arms
4 flights of stairs climbed holding the kettlebells
Ordinarily I wouldn't post a workout such as this because I didn't bother to time it and it wasn't particularly rigorous. But still, the fact that I exercised on Christmas Day (doing something other than 12-ounce curls) says something about my increasing dedication to fitness.
