Strength Training
a. Sprints
b. Weighted Situps
c. Smith Machine Squats
d. Standing Calf Raises
e. Seated Calf Raises
f. Pull-ups
g. Lat pulldowns
h. Lat Rows
i. Back Bends
j. One Arm Pushups

Heavybag
a. 2 rounds of striking

Sprints/ 4-5 rounds on heavy bag
situps
squats
pullups
lat pulldowns
lat rows
leg curls
calf raises (standing/seated)
neck curls
bridges
clap pushups/one arm pushups
stretching
