I'm doing this to keep a record of all of my conditioning workouts and times in one place. This log will only include timed challenges that I complete, and I will report either the time it took me to finish or the number of circuits I was able to complete given a time limit. I predict this will be somewhat sporadic over time.

"Spartan" 300 challenge: 27:03:96

Changes to official workout: Used 2 35lb dumbbells for floor wipers and then used same dumbbells for clean and press.

EIT #1 from Never Gymless: 25:48

Note: 10 of the 48 burpees were not "full" burpees, meaning I did not drop into a pushup.

Been traveling and sick.

ICT Workout 4: 21:39

Notes: This workout absolutely KILLS me. Of all the exercising I do, this workout is the hardest for me.

The workout calls for 5 lower body and 5 upper body sets. I only completed 4 lower body sets and 3 upper body sets. Also, in the upper body portion, I only did 10 power overs per circuit, not 20. This is a personal best for me, I've done this workout a handful of times in the last 3 months.

The total, unabridged workout is 500 total reps. I completed 330, or 66%. My focus will be on improving this number rather than worrying about the time, at least for a while.

5K Race: 27:47

This was my first road race since age 14 (now 27). In case anyone lives in Northern California, this was the Davis Turkey Trot. Strangely, my lower back is very sore. Legs are pretty OK.

Placing:

583 out of 1883 overall
374 out of 762 Men
37 out of 85 Men 25-29

I sprinted maybe the last 50 meters or so, telling myself aloud that I am the product of RossTraining. I was very proud of myself.

All burpees included the pushup.

100 burpee challenge: 10:37

This is my first time attempting this challenge and the first time I've done more than 48 burpees in 24 hours. I really wanted to beat 10:00 but oh well. I got really gassed.

This is a step backwards from my PR but I am coming off of nearly a month straight without any rigorous exercise due to sickness, the holidays, a honeymoon, and some general sloth thrown in for good measure.
