Last week or so I have not been able to train because of a throat infection. Still been doing bodyweight circuits of pullups, dips, pushups and L-sits. Anything more intense hurts my throat but it has been improving so I wanna train again in a couple of days.
Thanks Hagler the L-sits are one of the most painful core excersises but I can almost hold a perfect one which is a lot better then when I started.
