Hey man, I appreciate you looking at my log. Thanks alot! Don't worry guys, I have been training but I just don't post it up anymore due to lack of time. heres roughly what I follow though:

Monday Max strength
OA push up 8x at least 6 reps
Side to side pull ups no more thaon 3 reps per side 8-10 sets
Tri extensions up to 8 sets of 6-8reps
1 leg squats either weighted or unweighted 6 sets
GHR or waterball RDLs 6x6
Calf raises with weighted backpack 4 sets
HSPU 4-8 sets of 6-11
Core- Standing Wheel rollouts x 6 almost full!
HLR x 8 plus 2 sec pause on top
Russian twist 12lbs x 20
Back extension 12 lbs x 10
Repeat circuit 3x
Tuesday Conditioning
Outside heavy bag 5 rounds-it gets up to 104 here!
Either minute drills or 20 x30m sprints or tabatas or punchouts, whatever I feel like doing
Core endurance- v ups knee hugs side crunch superman different reps go thru circuit 3x
Wednesday Endurance strength
300-500 total push ups different hand positions
100-200 total pull ups different hand positions
Tabata squats or sets of 50 squats or burpees
Butt raises
calf raises
Same ab work as monday
Thurs- same as tuesday
Fri- same as monday


I also alternate strength days so for example I may have 2 max and 1 endurance one week then 2 endurance and 1 max the next. I also randomly use the waterball for loads/carries/presses/squats etc. I will use the COC trainer gripper throughout the day. I hope to add a few lbs throughout the summer. God bless....

6-15-06 Was not going to work out. I had to take out some old bookshelves and my desk and put in a whole new big one and re arrange everything. I was not going to work out after this but I sucked it up and did:
100 Burpees-6:38 did first 50 pretty much straight thru iat around 2:30but I slowed down big time im tne mid 30's.

I stared my workout today it was an ok workout.
