Did the No Excuses Workout. Couldn't manage it all. That sucked.

At least you did it! Keep working at it. You will notice improvements. I haven't even tried it yet. Plan on doing it friday.

Did core workour one from NG plus some karate. Also for strength did some one arm pushups and door assisted one leg squats.

Wednesday, 21 june 06
Has no real good place to run, was short on time.
Did approx 12 burpees then was tired. I posted on here about them and found out about pyramids. So i started of with 3 and went up to 7. Then to 6 and back to 3. I then decided to do 1 and 2 burpees then again so it was a full 1-7 burpees workout. So, in total i did about 50 burpees plus the 12 from before.
It was tiresome but i went for a quick run up my street after. I felt like i was going quite fast and it seemed i could jump quite high too.

Thursday, June 22.
Explosive strength day. Currently trying to make a medicine ball, so i might have to change some of these workouts. I can't do muscleups cos' they include some equipment i dont have. Did some knee tucks, clap pushups(i cant clap quick enough when i do em', so i just propel from the floor. And i did some power overs on a big shoe :lol:
Did some 'ankle hops' too. I like explosive strength. It would be cool to jump that high. Ill keep training.

Friday, 23 june.
Rest day. Chilled, did a few chin ups on the school field after a game of rounders in P.E.
I want to start doing heavy weighted chin ups. I love chinups, there should be more oppurtunitys to do them in the NG program.

Saturday, 25 june.
Did only 3 sets of workout ,didnt have enough time. I need to start doing substitute stuff in this program else im not going to gain anything.
