3x3 Heavy Bag
2x 3 minute drills
Was completely gassed for some reason. I don't get it, I've been through way worse than this.

Did something like 66 Pull up and chin up variations within about 30 minutes.
Then later on I did
Muscle ups 4x8
Knee tucks 4x12
Clap push ups attempting behind the back claps 4x8
Long jumps 4x6
Clap pull ups and alternating grip pull ups 2x8 each
Alternating one leg ankle hops and regular ankle hops 2x8 each
Power overs 3x20
Lateral hops over a cinder block 3x20
20 v up 20 knee hug 20 side crunch 20 superman repeat 2x 1 min rest.

During the Day I did the 100+ push up program(week 1 day 2)
4x3 minute rounds
Ab strength circuit x 2
Neck Isos

Several Sets of at least 3 Side to side Chin ups per side but I couldn't do any more max strength work I had to take care of some stuff.Also did several sets of 50 calf raises throughout the day.

Did alot of OAPU HSPU and side to side pull up sets throughout the day. Got home and did 5 or 6 sets each of weighted 1 leg squats and weighted rdls with waterball.
core strength workout x 2
This heat is killin me!

Finisher
Tabata Burpee :twisted: -61 total I think thats pretty good
Core endurance work

Did some explosive strength work followed by just 1 core strength circuit.

did 20 x 30m or so sprints then did 5,4,3,2,1,2,3,4,5 more sprints with little rest. Also did 2x core endurance circuit.

Good stuff. You should try doing a little shadow Boxing in front on a

mirror before you hit the heavy Bag because it warms up the muscels

and you get your form down feet, looking at you hands when you hit all

that stuff shadow Boxing helps alot mabe 2-3 3min rounds start slow in

each round and at the end of each round pick the speed up.

I am sorry that I have not started my workout yet, I was sick but I am better now and I will be starting my workout next monday June 19 so look out for that. God Bless
