About me
Age: 18
Height: 189 cm
Weight: 75 kg
Training experience: I've been training in a gym since I was 12 but when I got The Underground Guide about a year ago, I was shocked at how few reps of bodyweight exercises I could actually perform. After 10 months of on-off training it's time to get down to business!
Records:
Pushups - 40
Squats - 114
Pullups - 6
Goals:
Short term - 75 pushups, 250 squats
Long term - build a body like Corey Maggette ( )
Today's workout:
Deck of Cards
Clubs – Squats (52)
Spades – Standard Pushups (64)
Hearts – Close Grip Pushups (26)
Diamonds – Wide Grip Pushups (22)
Someone actually had the nerve to make me abandon my workout, just as I was settling into a rythm...oh well, this still was pretty intense!

Felt like having a cold today...tried to workout anyway, but heart rate went up to ridiculous levels, so I decided to give up.
Mini Circuit
25 Heel Stompers
50 Squats
50 Calf Raises
50 Lunges
25 Semi-squat Jumps
Do the reps as fast as possible

Go crazy on the pushups man, especially the fingertip and depth pushups between blocks(on both exercises descending from reps of 15, 14, 13, 12, etc.) Do the divebomber pushups between blocks(10setsx10reps) and see what happens. This is what I did after every workout my sophmore year in high school and I worked out every day. I wouldn't do it everyday now, but by the end of the year (working out everyday) I could get all the way through pretty quick, so use it or don't, but it helped bump my pushups way up. By the way, if you want to be like Corey Maggettee, start jumping... a lot. That guy is as strong and explosive as anybody I've seen. Do you know his vertical?

Pushup Ladder
15, 14, 13,...2, 1
Total: 120 Pushups
Broke no records of intensity with this one. Doc told me to take it easy for a few days, but hey, I hate lying around doing nothing!
Thanks for the encouragement, guys. Jordan, I don't know how high C-Magg can jump, but I've seen him dunk, I've seen him drive the lane and just push the defender aside. Amazing strenght.
