got a spasm in my thigh muscle at the front quad so foam rolling 3 mile walk jog, keg weight approx 69lbs
5 mins shouldering =60 reps 5 mins feet elevated push ups =72 reps 1 minute bent over row =34 reps 2 mins keg loading = 28 reps
Wrist roller 11lbs 4 each way total 8 reps

3 mile slow jog to get the blood moving around my sore muscles. I seem to have quite a few knots in my muscles , overdoing it too soon
5 min medley Kb swings shadow box,clubbell swipes

18/712 Bjj conditioning session
5 min jump rope warm up 5 rounds of 30 secs sprawl with push up Around 13-15 reps 5 rounds of 30 ses bw squats I was hitting around 35-42 reps 5 rounds of 30 secs mountain climbers 38-44 reps 5 rounds 30 of squat to star jump 16-24 reps
5X5 minutes of bjj rolling.
Tough session especially on the legs
Recovery = cold bath post workout meal was 3 eggs,can of tuna with 3 dollops of mayonaise, an apple and 2 blocks of dark chocolate

19th Could have done with rest today but it was parents v kids in a an after school football.matchat my sons school So ran round for an hour or so great fun. And I felt awesome because I could actually run about without getting out of breath .

Quick session in the gym db Snatches testing them out really worked up to 35kg x1 30kg x 5
Some light dumbell presses sets up to 80 reps with 10kg 2.5 km row approx 10 mins

Sandbag clean and press @50lbs x 50 reps approx 5 mins " " " """""" " "" " "@ 100lbs x 10 reps Sandbag shouldering @100lbs x 16 reps
Man I have not used a sandbag of that size for some time and that felt hard
3 mile run in Vibrams,nice and slow approx 28 mins,I think I'm gonna feel it in my calfs tomorrow

1/08/12 Gymnastic ring training with my son and daughter did not count reps just had fun, Can feel it in my arms abs and upper back today

7/08/12 5 mins jump rope 5 mins Kb swings
My calf muscle was twinging on jump rope And my elbow bothered me on swings I feel like my body is falling apart .
