I'm Thomas, I have 17 years old. I do 1m83 for 73kg and I do free fight.

I do the 50 days plan of never gymless
I start the wednesday, 29 of february

Day 1 : ICT 1
Day 2 : Maximal Strength
Day 3 : EIT 1 => 15min37
Day 4: Rest
Day 5: Rest
Day 6 : [ICT 2 => 20min50 with a 6.5kg medicine ball
Day 7 : Maximal strength
Day 8 : Rest (too tired)
Day 9 : Rest (too tired)
Day 10 : EIT 2 => 7 laps
Day 10 : heavy bag + jump rope
Day 11 : heavy bag + jump rope
Day 12: ICT 3 => 29min 45
Day 13 : EIT 3 => 22min 17
Day 14 : rest
Day 15 : Explosive strength
Day 16 : Hard free fight training
Day 17 : Bag and sparring
Day 18 morning : Work capacity 101 => 6,5 laps
Day 19 : Maximal strength
Day 20 : 6 burpees, 12 pushups, 24 squats, 200m x6 => 10m34
Day 21 : Explosive strength
Day 22 : abs workout only
Day 23 : ICT 5=> 14.5 laps
Day 24 : Maximal strength
Day 25 : EIT 2 => 10 laps in 17min30 (8 laps in 15min)
Day 26 : Explosive strength
Day 27 : Sparring
Day 28 : Free fight training
Day 29 : ICT 6 => 20min15
Day 30: Free fight training + heavy bag
Day 31: Maximal strength
Day 32 : EIT 3 => 20min00
Day 33: abs workout
Day 34: Explosive strength
Day 35 : Rest
Day 36: Free fight training
Day 37 : ICT 7 => (100 Burpees in 6min57)
