My workouts tend to be rather random, i like this because I'm not a fan or repetitious workouts. I'm former army and enjoy BJJ though I'm down to one day of that per week due to school. My workouts also tend to be in my garage and short enough that i don't interfere with my study time.

Here goes;

10 rollouts with suspension rig

5 x 5 super low double kettlebell dead lifts = 2x 79lb kettlebells standing on a tractor tire and lowering into the center

5 x 6 bent over rows gripping the fabric on an 120lb sandbag with hands parallel to each other and centered

1,2,3,4,5,4,3,2,1 x2 (thats 50 total) double kettlebell clean and press with 53lb bells

25 x 2 tire flips (tire is 250ish )

50 sledgehammer strikes on tire

close Captains of Crush 1.5 gripper 5 times per hand

3 x 1 min front plank

5 pull ups dropping to 5 burpees X 5
10 double kettlebell swings with 79lb bells X 5
30 kettlebell snatches w/ 44lb
20 kettlebell snatches w/ 53lb
10 kettlebell snatches w/ 79lb
25 burpees
10 air squats X 10

Didn't have a lot of energy today

50 Push ups
15 roll outs from knees
3 minutes of Turkish get ups w/ 44lbs
5 double swing/high pulls/ swing/ overhead press complex X 5 sets w/ 53lb bells
80 (40 per arm) rapid overhead push presses with 53 lb bell
4 min sledgehammer tabita
3 min front plank

Have to do a quick one today, have other obligations tonight.

15 roll outs from knees

50, 40, 30, 20, 10, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 kettlebell swings w/ 53 lb bell
I took less than a minute of rest between sets

Starting HR 72 bpm
Finish HR 180 bpm

5 swings/ presses/ snatches using two 53lb kettle bells, followed by 10 squats X 5

250 lb tire flips 25 X 4

Squats 10 X 5

So tonight wasn't quite what I wanted it to be. I invited a friend over who hadn't worked out in probably a year or so and i spent a bit of time helping him out. Good guy but he has some physical issues that hamper him a bit.

What I got done

Double swings 53lb KBs 10 x 5
Double military presses 53lb KBs 5 x 6
More double swings 10 x 5
Planks 1 min x 3
Tire flips 25 x 2
40 Hammer swings x 3

Sumo deadlifts w/ 79lb KBs 10X 5
I did these DL's standing on my tractor tire and lowering the KB's into the center so i could go much lower than normal

1 min of walloping a heavy bag as hard and fast as possible

BW squats 10 X 10

10 burpees X 5

another min on the Bag

2 min of front planks
30 sec side planks per side
