Pyramid to 6, + 90lbs

Some kipping, split up set of 6 and last set of 5.

I've been traveling for a while and doing a playground working, including lots of different pulls, roughly every other day. Back to the log now.

I have been lazy about this log, because much of my pulling falls outside of conventional workouts or takes place within other routines. Anyway:

10 1-arm negatives
3X2 1-arm static holds, 5 seconds
3X2 1-arm dead hangs, 5 seconds
Iron cross progressions
Weighted ring pulls
Weighted wide grip pulls

Broke up both sets of 5 and set of 6.

I've decided to kill this workout log. I'm finding that my pure pulling workouts are becoming rarer as I increasing incorporate pulling into other aspects of my training-e.g. fast and furious, WC 101, ring training, rock climbing. Thus my pulling training is rather tedious to record and the output is not at all complete, meaning the log is of little use to me.
