Made a new account as I couldn't remember my old one, lurked here for a good while(2+ years). At uni in Scotland, play Volleyball and looking to get into Rugby/American Football next year.

Don't really have an specific goals, just get stronger/bigger/maybe jump higher.

So I was really ill for about 10 days, lost 3kg in weight :(

Gave blood yesterday and had to stop training today due to feeling faint. Had some watery blood drip from my arm as well...

Got through
Push Press up to 60kg3x3 (blood drip so stopped)
