Wall fingertip pushups: 1 x 10
Incline fingertip pushups: 1 x 5
Kneeling fingertip pushups: 2 x 3

Partial towel hangs: 2 x 30s, l,r

Calisthenics

Wall pushups: 1 x 20
Incline pushups: 1 x 12
Kneeling pushups: 1 x 10
Half pushups: 1 x 10, 1 x 11, 1 x 8, 1 x 6

Vertical pulls: 1 x 20
Horizontal pulls: 1 x 10
Jackknife pullups: 3 x 10

Notes: Lack of sleep this past week is really affecting my training.

Hanging knee raises: 1 x 15, 1 x 11, 1 x 7

Half squats: 1 x 10
Full squats: 1 x 10

Calisthenics

Half pushups: 1 x 15, 1 x 12, 1 x 6

Vertical pulls: 1 x 20
Horizontal pulls: 1 x 10
Jackknife pullups: 2 x 13, 1 x 6

Notes: The last two workouts have been split in half, one half being conducted in the morning and the other in the afternoon. I will try this for a while and see how it affects my progress. I seem to do better when completely fresh for each exercise.
