Welcome to my log.
My aims are to get bigger and stronger pure and simple.
I will be working atleast one compound movement per session.
Current stats:
Height 5'8
weight 74kg
Bench 110kg
Squat 105kg
Deadlift 150kg

18/8/11

Close grip bench 1x10 40kg 2x10 60kg 1x2 80kg 1x3 70kg 1x10 60kg
Reverse curls 3x10 25kg
Ez curls 3x8 30kg
Db hammers 3x6 15kg

Sandbag Shouldering 3x20
Sandbag Clean and Press 3x10
Sandbag drags
Pylo Push Ups 3x10
Farmer Holds 1x1 minute 1x30 seconds 1x45 seconds
Leg Raises 10 reps + Crunches 15 reps x3
