30/05/2012 Bench Press 3 x 5 @ 72,5kg
Failed on last set, will reset on next session.
Deadlift 1 x 5 @120kg
02/06/2012 BW: 75kg
Press 3 x 5 @ 45kg
Power Clean 5 x 3 @ 65kg 1 x 1 @70kg
Did the 70kg for the heck of it, went up pretty easily.

Been fucking around a lot. It's been hard getting to the gym. Exams are coming up, I got a bit sick, blah blah.
Saturday I did singles for Power Cleans. 80kg was my best at 75kg BW.
Tuesday did: Bench Press 3 x 5 @ 62,5kg
Deadlift 1 x 5 @125kg
Today I did the same as Saturday but I only managed 77,5kg.

Bench Press 3 x 5 @62,kg
Deadlift 2 x 5 @ 110kg

Bench Press 3 x 5 @65kg
Also power cleaned 80kg (current PR) quite easily in my deadlift warmup, but decided not to continue pushing it.

Press 3 x 5 @45kg
Power Clean Singles. Highest was 80kg. Was disappointed at how hard it was to get 80kg. It took me 3 tries, whereas in the previous session, I got easily on my first try. I think I was just very tired this time and my technique wasn't as good.
No worries, still got a solid training session. Press was strong, I'm pretty confident I'll get the 47,5kg (which I had missed some time ago).

I warmed up to my deadlifts, but I started feeling dizzy and decided to skip them. Not sure what caused it, maybe it was the heat, it's been well over 40ºC over here.
