Seated db shoulder press 2x8 15kg 2x5 17.5kg 1x5 20kg 1x3 20kg
Front db raises 1x8 10kg 2x8 12kg per side
Side raises 1x5 10kg per side, 3x10 8.5kg Per side
Bb behind the neck press 1x15 1x12 1x8 30kg

Like to keep the behind the neck bb press at a light weight as it can damage the rota.

Right well it's been a while since iv posted in here.
I have been training however I have not had the time to keep it logged due to personal issues.
Will try to keep the log more up to date.

Well I haven't been online for a while again as I have had things to do but have been training daily for Tough Mudder in London which I have just found out as been moved up the country and is to far for me to travel, so me and my buddy will be hitting the Spartan Sprint on July 22nd 2012 in Redhill Surrey.

200 bw lunges
100 push ups
3 minute plank
100 bw squats
1 mile run
60 sit ups

5 mile run steady pace total time 1 hour 27 seconds.
Variety of crunches and leg ups and push ups.

Clean and Press 3x4 50kg 1x1 65kg failed the rep.
Bb shrugs 3x20 75kg
Seated db press 2x10 15kg
Explosive push up up on to sandbags and normal push up = 1 rep 3x5
Bb rows 3x5 55kg
