Been away from the forum for a while, but not from training....although I did experience a pretty serious abdominal strain working with some atlas stones about three months ago. I spent most of those three months rehabbing it and working in higher rep ranges(read: boring) so I won't bother to rehash it here. Without further ado, here's my latest squat workout after getting back on 5/3/1(lighter starting weights, but I'll be back soon enough, no rush)
SQUAT
135 x 5 225 x 5 --------- 255 x 3 295 x 3 330 x 8 295 x 3 255 x 3
I'm doing a little something different with my 5/3/1...after hitting the AMRAP set, I go back through the other sets in reverse. It's just to get a little more work in with heavy weights, as BBB has lost its appeal to me(higher rep range workouts from the last two months have burned me out on it)
Romanian Deadlift
315 x 10 315 x 10 315 x 10 225 x 10 225 x 10
My straps are fucking worthless now...worn the fuck out. I actually ripped them off midway through the third set and just switch gripped the rest.
Hanging Leg Raises
5 sets of 10
What can I say, they're hanging leg raises. They suck. They help keep your abs from blowing out though.
Pretty decent workout, looking forward to killing press tomorrow.

Didn't have my belt today...I felt like if I'd had it I would have been able to lock an eight rep of 160 easily instead of getting it to my ears and getting stuck.
PULLUP
BW x 10, 5, 5...Chinup x 10
DIPS
BW + 25lb x 5 x 10
Good workout today, still working on getting my pullup numbers up.

Thanks man, good to see you back on the forum. Going for the 300 was a bit crazy but that's basically all my plates so ya'know I was just curious. I thin k realistically I could get 290 for a proper all out effort.

Congrats on getting ready to start pharmacy school! I've still got a long way to go, lot of pre-recqs before I get to that point, but I was pleasantly surprised to see that all the random bullshit I took years ago when I was younger acutally takes care of a good portion of them, which is great, I just basically have all sciences, (which is everything) but it should still save me a good deal of time!

The pump I had in my chesticles after this workout was tremendous. I even hit a few side chest shots in the mirror afterwards(you fuckers don't act like you don't do that shit) and was impressed. Chest is by far my weakest bodypart, and my shitty bench is a testament to that. Here's where the world of BB and PL intertwine and have sleazy, incestous hawt sex with one another.
