 Post subject: Todays Back and Bi's session.

Tabata : Stiff legged deadlift/Squat thrust combo- 50 lb dumbbells

Chin-ups with 50 lb weight : 5 reps, 4 reps, 4 reps, 4 reps

Super slow neg chin-up with 82 lb weight : 1 rep

Dumbbell rows : 50 lb dumbbell : 3 sets of 10 reps each arm with no rest.

Dumbbell curls with 50 lb dumbbells : 6 reps, 5 reps, 4 reps

Barbell curls with 70 lbs plus heavy duty resistance band : 4 reps + 4 reps without band, 3 reps + 3 reps without band.

Tabata- Star jumps.
