warmup: BB lifts workout: front squat (ATG) 50kg, 2 x 5 60kg, 2 x 5 70kg x 5
weighted CU 20kg x 5 30kg, 3 x 5 20kg x 5
weighted dip 20kg, 3 x 10
then:
clean & press technique lots of single reps @ 50kg
sit up x 50
