10 side-side situps
15 scissor crunch (lol, not sure what there called but u scissor ur legs up & down wile in crunch position
3x2 min rounds skiping
2x2 min rounds heavy bag
2x2 min rounds speed bag
2x2 min rounds floor-ceiling
1.2 min round shadow sparing
and 3 mins vairied hand weight exercises
i do this on sat, sun, tues and thurs wen im not at training on mon, wed and fri...
plz tell if that alright for me and if i shuld change anything

im not expert but the thing i can say is you need vairety. you cant do the same excersizes/reps all the time. Need to try different excrsizes
